Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower

This recipe has been flying all over my Pinterest! The minute I saw it, I had to give it a try. Buffalo sauce and veggies, whoever thought this is a genius. Overall I really enjoyed it. The sauce, the crunch of veggie, the simplicity of the recipe. I give it an 8. I changed a few things in the recipe which my have affected my end result. my biggest disappointment was mine did not come out as baked and crunchy as I had hoped. it definitely needed to be baked a little longer than the recipe called for, but my change of ingredients could've come into play. It's a recipe I will for sure be making in the future and improve on! The original recipe is found here.

Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower
1 head of cauliflower
Batter:
Dash of Louisiana Wing Sauce
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of water

Pinch of salt
Sauce:
1/4 cup of Louisiana Wing Sauce
1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil

Directions

In a small bowl mix together sauce ingredients. Brush over cauliflower and bake in oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!! :)

Normally I don't eat cauliflower (bad childhood experience, ha), but this is making me rethink that!
